Merck offers a broad variety of withdrawal systems that are tailor-made for barrels and drums. They are designed to ensure safe, easy and efficient solvent withdrawal-even of residual quantities-while meeting all relevant safety regulations.
The integrated solvent supply systems directly connect the solvent to the instrument or product line where it is needed. We provide systems for manual pressure build-up as well as inert gas pressurising, supplemented by a comprehensive selection of reducers, adapters and couplings that allow easy interconnection of all components. This way the user can precisely manage his solvent flow and thus optimizes the processes-and at the same time minimizes risks for the employees and the environment.
- Maximum user safety
- Easy and contamination-free solvent handling
- Application orientated solutions and individual installations
Withdrawal system for solvents with manual pressure build-up for 10 L and 30 L stainless steel barrels:
For manual pressurisation and removal of solvents from 10 L and 30 L drums. Pressurisation via quick coupling system.
It includes two dip tubes, one for 10 L and one for 30 L. Specially made for maximum user safety and maximum application reliability.
Withdrawal system for solvents with manual pressure build-up for 10 L and 25 L stainless steel drums with 2" connection:
Specially developed solvent withdrawal system with manual pressure build-up for EMD Millipore returnable stainless steel drums and one-way metal drums of 10 L and 25 L. It includes two dip tubes, one for 10 L and one for 25 L. For usage with 25 L blue metal containers, the longer of the two included dip tubes has to be cut by 9 mm. Specially made for maximum user safety and maximum application reliability.
Independent of a gas supply
Utilises benefits of reusable containers
Transfer to smaller bottles or containers
Can be used centrally as a supply system
Withdrawal system set for inert gas pressurizing:
Specially developed solvent withdrawal system for inert gas pressurizing with 0,2 bar working pressure. It contains a G2-threaded adapter with vertical quick connectors (9.67100.9002), a gas feeding tube (9.67100.9051) and a filling nozzle with flexible tubing (9.67100.9090). Special developed materials provide maximum safety in daily solvents handling and highest solvent protection against traces of contamination.
Inert gas pressurizing can only be done with our stainless steel barrels and drums. Metal drums must not be pressurized.
