Revolve™ wipes, sustainable wipes made for the cleanroom industry, are made from 100% upcycled polyester material with a sealed edge, processed on Texwipe’s fully automated manufacturing system. Revolve™ wipes contribute to sustainability goals, reducing the amount of post-consumer water bottles going into landfills and reducing the level of carbon emissions.
- Wipe and clean surfaces, equipment, and parts
- Apply and remove lubricants, adhesives, residues, and other solutions including disinfectants
- Clean with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ethanol, acetone, and degreasers
- Dry wipes are appropriate for use with temperatures less than 400 °F (205 °C)
Revolve™ processing provides low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues), particles, and fibers for use in critical cleaning applications and environments. They are designed for high sorption capacity, which is ideal for spill control, cleaning, and solution application.
Certificazioni: Meets USP and USP wipes requirements. Non-sterile wipes are compatible for use in ISO class 3 to 7 / GMP grade B to D.
Attenzione: Post-consumer bottles made from virgin polyester are reused and upcycled through the REPREVE® recycling process to make the yarn used in the Revolve™ products, keeping these bottles from undergoing disposal in landfills.
