Simple cleaning operation requires stepping onto the sole cleaning machine and remaining atop the cleaning grills for 3 seconds. Then step onto the drying mat and remain for 1 second.
High quality 316 stainless steel construction and a slim design ensure a long service life and allow use within an air shower. Water changing times can be arranged manually or by automation settings. Programmed water changing times can be set according to a programmed schedule or number of users. The touch panel controller features six different languages (Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish and Italian). An auto shutdown will occur in the event of electric leakage or over-maximum water levels. Triple-overflow protection includes photoelectric conductor, limit induction floating switch and program monitoring. The integrated power pump supports long distance drainage, can grind dirt, and will not be blocked when air is inhaled. Each brush belt includes eight stainless steel wire drawings and adopts a special stitching process, which will give belts a longer lifetime. All wiring is done by one single PCB. Pilot lights and a pilot light strips can also be installed.
Besides acting as a stand-alone device, the ISCM can be connected with an air shower, an ESD access control system and intelligent gate, and can be placed together for wheel carts.
