This grade of albumin has been assayed for fatty acids content of <0,05 mg/gm protein (>0,005%). Not only is this grade of albumin exceptionally low in fatty acids content, but due to new manufacturing processes, this albumin has been made available at a very economical price. This grade is manufactured for those applications which require low fatty acids for minimisation of extraneous variables in their protocols.
