Avidin, biotin, protein A/G and streptavidin reagents
Fornitore: Rockland Immunochemicals
Avidin is biotin-binding protein, tetramer and suitable for used as a antigen, control and standard in assays. Avidin fluorescein, rhodamine, alkaline phosphatase, Texas Red™ conjugated are suitable for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent Western blotting. Avidin conjugated with glucose oxidase and peroxidase are useful as a detection reagent for primary antibodies conjugated with biotin and also can be utilised in Western blotting and ELISA experiments with proper substrates.
Biotin conjugates can be used in Western blotting and ELISA where assay analyte is coupled with streptavidin.
Protein A is a surface protein, 56 kDa size, it is important for bacterial survival. Its conjugates are designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent Western blotting.
Streptavidin is a bacterial protein and has high binding affinity for biotin. Its conjugates are designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent Western blotting. It is also suitable for multiplex analysis includes multi colour imaging.
